Gloria High

Gloria Ashley High, 67, of Moody, Texas passed away on Tuesday, January 26, 2021. A memorial service will be at 3:00 pm on February 2, 2021 at Bruceville Community Church, 583 Old Moody Road, Eddy, Texas 76524.

Gloria was born in Waco, Texas on May 14, 1953 to Buck and Rachel (Fugishima) Ashley. She attended Waco schools and graduated from University High School. Her wonderful smile would light up a room. Gloria was a loving daughter, sister, wife, mother, and grandmother, as well as a very good friend to all she knew. She met and married the love of her life, Boyd High, a marriage truly made in heaven. Gloria retired from The American Red Cross after 12 years of service. She loved her family and loved talking on the phone.

She is preceded in death by her parents, and son, Rodney "Corkey" Campbell.

Gloria is survived by her loving husband, Boyd; daughter, Ashley Pitchford of Tampa, Florida; grandson, Dustin Findley; sister, Linda Eastep; and brothers, Eldon Ashley and wife, Tamara, and Travis Ashley and wife, Lou.
