OBITUARY
Gracie Milling, 87, went to be with our Lord on Saturday, June 19, 2010, in Huntsville, Texas.
The Mass of Resurrection will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Wednesday, June 23, at St. Louis Catholic Church with Msgr. Mark Deering as celebrant.
The rosary will be recited 6 p.m. Tuesday at OakCrest Funeral Home by Father Pius Mathew, followed by visitation with the family.
A memorial video honoring her life will be shown prior to the rosary.
Gracie was born January 16, 1923 in Monterrey, Mexico, but has lived most of her life in Waco. Gracie was a member of St. Louis Catholic Church and volunteered faithfully for 36 years at the St. Louis Catholic School where she was well known and loved by teachers and generations of students.
Gracie was preceded in death by her husband, Dr. David C. Milling.
Those left to cherish her memory are a daughter, Gracie Stowe of Huntsville and her husband, Walt; sister, Natalia G. Pozas and husband, Gerardo; and three grandchildren: Lauren Stowe, David Stowe, and Daniel Stowe.
