Heath Powell

Heath Edward Powell, 40, of Groesbeck passed away Tuesday, April 30, 2013, at Limestone Medical Center. Graveside services will be Friday, May 3, at 2:00 p.m. in the Oakwood Cemetery with Curtis Holland officiating.

Heath was born on Feb. 3, 1973, in Waco, to Kenneth and Linda Huseby Powell. He loved Special Events, but fishing was his favorite. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

Heath is survived by his parents; brother, Rick Powell, all of Waco; sister, Joyce Heuman and husband, Jeff; nephew, Hunter Heuman, all of Pilot Point; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

The family would like to send special thanks to Joy Wright, his wife and family.

The family requests that memorials be made to the Scottish Rite Hospital in Dallas.
