Héctor D. Sanchez, 72, of Hewitt, passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on Tuesday, September 7, 2021.

Hector was born January 22, 1949 in Rosita, Coahuila. His family later moved to Monclova, Coahuila where he started a family of his own with his beautiful wife, Rosa Delatorre. All together they had five children. He worked hard for his family for many years at a steel company and decided to move to Saltillo for better opportunities. There, he owned his own business where every member of the family played a part.

At the age of 47, after having lived in Mexico his whole life, Héctor decided to move his family to Waco, TX. They came here with little to nothing following the word of God. He always said he wasn’t the one making the decisions for him and his family, that God was always speaking to him and making decisions for him. He was God’s faithful servant.

Throughout his life he continued to work hard, helping others in so many ways and sharing the word of God. His dream was to touch those he would never meet, to reach beyond his little corner of the world, through a book he went on to publish, EL PODER DE LA SANGRE.

His passion was helping those in need and he also loved fixing things that were broken. In the last few years, he built a garden where he grew just about everything. Héctor loved spending time with God and with his family. No matter what he was doing, he always said he did everything for the glory of God.

Héctor left a legacy behind him. It is a legacy of a strong Christian man whose wisdom will live on through his wife, his children and his grandchildren, and every person he helped along the way.

Héctor D. Sanchez, 72, de Hewitt, falleció tranquilamente rodeado por su amada familia, el Martes 7 de Septiembre 2021.

Héctor nació el 22 de Enero 1949, en Rosita Coahuila donde vivió su infancia. Su familia mas tarde se mudó a Monclova Coahuila donde el comenzó una hermosa familia con su esposa, Rosa Delatorre. Ellos tuvieron 5 hijos. El trabajo con mucho esfuerzo por muchos años para su familia en una planta de acero. Después de varios años decidió mudarse con su familia a Saltillo Coahuila buscando mejores oportunidades. Allí, llegó a ser dueño de su propio negocio donde cada uno de sus hijos jugo un papel.

Después de haber vivido toda su vida en México, y siguiendo la palabra de Dios, a la edad de 47 años, Héctor decidió mudarse a Waco, TX con toda su familia. Llegando aquí sin muchos recursos el siempre decía que el no era la persona tomando las decisiones de su vida, pero que El Señor era el que lo dirigía en todas las decisiones para el y su familia. El era un siervo fiel de Dios. A lo largo de su vida trabajo duro y ayudó a los más necesitados siempre compartiendo la palabra de Dios. El libro que llegó a publicar, EL PODER DE LA SANGRE llenó un sueño muy grande para el.

Héctor quería compartir la palabra de Dios en esta forma para llegar a tocar todos los rincones del mundo. A Héctor le encantaba arreglar las cosas que estaban rotas y también tenía mucha pasión para ayudar a los más necesitados. El cultivo un hermoso jardín de frutas y verduras en sus últimos años. Héctor le gustaba dedicarle mucho tiempo a su familia y a Dios. No importa lo que estaba haciendo, el siempre decía que todo lo hacía por la Gloria de Dios. Héctor dejó un legado a sus espaldas. Es un legado de un hombre fuerte, sabio, Cristiano cuya sabiduría vivirá para siempre a través de su familia.
