Herman Oquendo

Herman Santana Oquendo, 82, passed away Thursday, April 20, 2017 in Dallas, Texas.
Mass of Christian Burial will be 10 a.m. Tuesday, April 25, 2017 at St. Francis Catholic Church, with burial to follow at Oakwood Cemetery. Rosary will be 6 p.m. Monday, April 24, 2017 with visitation to follow at OakCrest Funeral Home.

Herman was born in Puerto Rico on October 29, 1934 to Jose and Leonarda (Santana) Oquendo.
He is preceded in death by his parents, his wife Andrea and son Herman Oquendo, Jr.

He is survived by his sons, Jesus Oquendo and wife Hope of Euless, and Joe Oquendo of Irving; sister, Justina Oquendo, Santana of Puerto Rico, grandchildren, Enrique, Sebastian, Marisa, Anthony, Joe Jr., Belerica, Christian and Cordero; 2 great grandchildren, Karter and Kamryn; many nieces and nephews, godchildren and extended family in Puerto Rico.
