James Kreder

James Dean Kreder was born October 12, 1960, to James W. and Barbara (Breedlove) Kreder. He passed into the loving arms of God, Thursday, September 9, 2021, after a long battle with lung cancer and other illnesses.

James graduated from Connally High School. He found his passion in Law Enforcement and retired from the Texas Department of Corrections as a Lieutenant. James married his best friend, Debbie in 2015.

James was actively involved in the Knights of Columbus as a fourth Degree.

James leaves behind his love, Debbie; Stepdaughter, Stefanie, and Husband Marty; two Grandchildren, Brady, and Samuel; his father Jim; sister Bonnie; and nieces Christie, Arianna, Hannah, and Hunter; and his loyal lap buddy Lucky; Friends, Carl London, and Bobby Jetalina, whom he could always depend on for a good laugh or joke. The family would like to express their deep appreciation to the nurses and staff of Amedysis Hospice and the staff at the Atrium Nursing Facility.
