James Smith

James Earl Smith, 34 of Waco went home to be with the Lord in Heaven on Monday June 6, 2005 in Waco. Services will be 4:00 pm Thursday at OakCrest Funeral Home with Wayne Williams officiating. Burial will be private.

He was born on November 2, 1970 in Waco to Alfred and Judy (McClain) Smith. James was united in marriage to Katherine Allina Key on December 3, 1990 and had three wonderful children whom he cherished. He was preceded in death by his mother Judy Smith.

James is survived by his loving wife and best friend Katherine Smith, daughters, Raven Olivia and Wren Makai Smith son, Talon Christopher Smith all of Waco; father and step-mother, Alfred and Linda Smith of Moody; brothers, Vernon Smith, David McClain, Sampson Smith and Fiance, Jennifer Fritze and Gabriel Smith; sister, Angelia Granger and husband Calvin; step-brother, Joe Strahl and wife Stephanie of Nacogdoches; mother-in-law, Lucretia Hoffman of Waco; grandmother, Ira Kuzniarek of Waco; brothers-in-law, Christopher Key and wife Erica of Hawaii, Allen Key of San Antonio, Daylon and Stephen Ochoa both of Waco; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
