Janice Lynn Cates Hartsel
July 13, 1945 - December 9, 2012

Janice Lynn Hartsel 67, of Speegleville passed away at her residence Sunday
December 9, 2012. Funeral Services will be held Saturday December 15, 2012 at
11:00 Am in the Speegleville Baptist Church with Dr. Joe Bailey officiating.
Visitstation will be Friday December 14, from 6 - 8 Pm at Oakcrest Funeral Home.

Janice was born in Dallas on July 13, 1945 to J.W. and Ruby Robertson Cates. On
Jan. 5, 1971, she married Larry Hartsel in Dallas. Janice was a bookkeeper for
several CPA's. She was a member of the Christian Motorcyclists Association and a
member of the Speegleville Baptist Church.

Janice was preceded in death by her parents, her Uncle Ray and first husband Ed
Crosslin.

She is survived by her husband, Larry of Speegleville; two sons, Richard Crosslin of
Dallas and Larry Hartsel Jr. and wife, Tish of Houston; daughter, Melissa Russell and
husband, Richard of Yukon, OK,;two step-daughters, Dawn Woolace and husband,
Evan of Russiaville, Ind. and Tammy Tyree and husband, Rod of Bucyrus, Ohio;
and 13 grandchildren.
