Janice Noe

Janice Marie Noe of Olgesby, Texas, passed away on November 20, 2023. She was born on March 3, 1941, in Clovis, New Mexico to Jack Lobdell and Velma Lusk Lobdell.

Janice was a very loving, strong, and independent woman. She was a fiercely loved wife, mother, daughter, sister, grandmother, aunt, and friend to numerous people. Janice was preceded in death by her parents, Jack Lobdell and Velma Lusk Davis; stepfather, William Earl Davis, Jr.; husband, Max Noe; brother, William Earl Davis III and his wife, Norma Lee Davis; daughter, Roxanna Pierce; niece, Devona Lee Sledge; nephew, William Earl Davis IV; and great nephew, Justin Ryan Reyna.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory her son, Radney Lucko; daughter, Rhonda Bowdish; granddaughter, Tania McDaniel; grandson, AL Thompson; grandson, Dylan Lucko; granddaughter, Brittany Milam and her husband, Brad; grandson, Jeremy Osbourne; nephew, Micheal Dean Davis and his wife, Veronica; along with 11 great grandchildren and 2 great nieces.
