Jeffrey Brian Whitaker, 28, of Hewett, Texas, passed away Tuesday night at a Waco hospital of natural causes.
SERVICE
Memorial service will be at 3 p.m. Saturday, December 20, 2002, at the South Padre Baptist Church on Padre Island. OakCrest Funeral Home of Waco is handling arrangements.
PERSONAL LIFE
Jeff was born October 18, 1974, in St. Louis to Sidney and Gayle (Yochum) Whitaker. He was a Baptist.
HE LOVED THE OCEAN
Jeff was a great lover of the ocean, and really loved to surf and fly fish.
SURVIVORS
His survivors include his wife, Jodi Sides Whitaker of Memphis; two children, Sydni and Noah Whitaker of Memphis; sister, Kim Graves of Hewitt and her husband Michael; his mother, Gayle Whitaker of Harlingen; his brother, Jason Whitaker of LaFeria, and several nieces and nephews.
