Jeffery Lee Henson, 40, of Waco, passed away Saturday, March 2, 2013. Services will be 3 p.m. Saturday, March 9, 2013 at the OakCrest Funeral Home, 4520 Bosque Boulevard, Waco. A memorial video honoring his life will be shown during the service. Those who attend are invited to dress casually as we celebrate Jeff’s life together.

Jeff was born in Moultrie, Ga. to Kenneth and Joann (Ricks) Henson, Sr. He proudly served in the U.S. Coast Guard. He was the Service Manager for Ahern Rentals in Waco where he excelled in his position and as an aerial mechanic. He was a remarkable man, who touched everyone's lives with his love and generosity, and would never hesitate to help anyone in need. He was a caring, loving husband and father, and a great provider for his family and will be greatly missed.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Joann Herndon; daughter, Kirsten Henson; brother, Gerald Henson; and sister, Debbie Henson.

He is survived by his wife, Julie (Hokanson) Henson; children, Specialist Preston "Skyler" Henson, Taylor Henson, Laurie Henson, Lexey Henson, and Nickolas Henson; father, Kenneth Henson Sr; sister, Jessica Henson; and numerous aunts and uncles
