Jesus Perez

Jesus (Jesse) H. Perez, 85, passed away Thursday, October 29, 2009 at his Waco residence. Mass will be 10 a.m. Saturday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church by Father Lawrence Solar. Rosary will be 7 p.m. Friday at OakCrest Funeral Home.

Jesse was born in Rosebud, and was a retired service station operator.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Francisco and Maria (Hernandez) Perez; son, Alfredo Perez Sr.; daughter, Ermenia Perez; brothers, Javito, Sabino, and Antonio Perez; and sisters, Juanita VeraCruz, Slyvestra Sanchez, Martina Sanchez, and Aurelia Maldonado; and the mother of his children, Epifania Saucedo.

He is survived by his wife of 37 Years; Carol R. Perez; sons, Jesse Perez Jr. and wife, Rosie, and Trinidad Perez and wife, Tina; daughters, Mary Enriquez and husband, Ciprano, Adelaide Zapata and busband, Ubaldo, Silvia Vanconnet and husband, Jack, Ofelia Lopez and husband, Victor and Alice Spence; stepchildren, Howard Faulkner, Tempest R. Beaman, John Faulkner and wife, Marie, Paul Jasso Jr., Carmen Flores and husband, Lonnie, Daniel Jasso, Nancy Hill and husband, Ray, and Kathleen DeValle and husband, Miquel; many grandchildren and great grandchildren; and his beloved dogs, Shorty and Lady.
