Joe Aleman

Joe B. Aleman, 79 , of Waco, Texas passed away on December 14, 2016, surrounded by his loving family.

Graveside Services will be 10 a.m., Saturday, December 17, at Oakwood Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 6 p.m., and a Celebration of Life and Rosary will begin at 7 p.m., at OakCrest Funeral Home.

Mr. Aleman was born, November 14, 1937 in Bellmead, Texas to Pedro and Dolores (Ballesteros) Aleman. He worked for the water department of the City of Waco, for over 25 years retiring as a supervisor. Mr. Aleman loved his family and was always willing help those in need.

Mr. Aleman was preceded in death by his parents; son, Joe M. Aleman; and great-grandson, Scott S. Salazar, Jr.

He is survived by his loving wife of 57 years, Candelaria (Janie) V. Aleman; his children, Laura Salazar, John I. Aleman, Ann Stover, Angela and Joseph Frager, and Lewis Aleman; 20 grandchildren; and 8 great grandchildren.
