Services for Joe E. Jeter, 89, a rancher in Eddy, will be 2 p.m. Monday at Eddy Cemetery. Viewing will be from 1 to 8 p.m. Sunday at OakCrest Funeral Home.
Survivors include his step-sons, Howard and Leanne Bailey, Dwight and Julie Bailey, Gordon and Glenda Bailey, and Jim Carlstead; step-daughters, Sharon and Dido Carle and Connie and Mike Hays, and several grandchildren, and longtime friends Elaine Davis and Corrine Anderson. Memorials may be made to the BRucevile-Eddy Senior Citizens.
