Johnnie Clara Fox, 77, of Waco, passed away Tuesday, April 18, 2006.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at the Waco Memorial Park Mausoleum Chapel with Msgr. Mark Deering officiating. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at OakCrest Funeral Home.
Johnnie was born in Mt. Calm to John and Audrey Hobbs. She was married to Johnnie Fox, who preceded her in death in 1996. She was a homemaker, and a member of St. Louis Catholic Church. She loved her grandchildren and sister dearly, and enjoyed playing 42 with her friends.
She is survived by her daughters, Donna Brown and husband, Clark of Arlington, and Janet Sueann Continas and husband, Andrew of Hewitt; sister, Margaret Harbour of Waco; grandchildren, George Brown and wife, Theresa, Andrea Sutherland and husband, Peter, Bethany Brown, Jacob Brown and wife, Lisa, John Revelo, Mallory and Ryan Cortinas, Marianne Brown, Nicholas Brown, and Joshua Cortinas; greatgrandchild, Jet Sutherland, and two great grandchildren who are on the way; and two nieces, Sheila Mitchell and Phyllis Hulsey. Grandsons will serve as pallbearers.
