Jonathan Christopher Klesse, 26, of Woodway, passed away Tuesday, December 18, 2007 at home.

Services will be held at 3 p.m. Friday, December 21, 2007 at the China Spring United Methodist Church with the Rev. Allan Grant officiating. Burial will follow in the Oakwood Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 6 p.m. - 8 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 20, at OakCrest Funeral Home, 4520 Bosque Blvd. A memorial video honoring his life will be shown during the visitation.

Jonathan was born April 5, 1981 in Northampton, MA. to Chris and Betsy (Batchelar) Klesse. He moved with his family to Waco where he attended schools in Midway, China Spring, Lacy-Lakeview, and Waco.

He was a very happy and social person who really liked being around people. He always enjoyed life to the fullest as evidenced by the big smile that he always had for everyone. He liked all kinds of music, and had fun playing his musical instruments which he cranked up as loud as he could.

He was thrilled by the large train layout that his father created for him in his room. The highlight of Jonathan's life occurred last year on his 25th birthday when he went with his family to Disneyworld. He greeted the lights, sounds, music, and people with great enthusiasm and fascination, and spent the days filled with joy and magic.

He was immensely loved and spoiled by his adoring family who will miss him greatly and will love and cherish him forever.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, William and Betty Klesse.

He is survived by his parents, Chris and Betsy Klesse of Woodway; his sisters, Jennifer Lynn Klesse of Houston and Caitlin Reis Klesse of Woodway; brother, Jackson William Klesse of Woodway; maternal grandparents, Gretchen and Edmund Batchelar of Point Pleasant, NJ; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
