Joshua Johnson

Joshua Ashley Johnson, 24, of Waco, went home to be with the Lord peacefully on Saturday April 2, 2005 at his home surrounded by his family and friends.

Funeral services will be 2:00 pm Tuesday at OakCrest Funeral Home with burial to follow in Oakwood Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6 to 8pm on Monday at OakCrest Funeral Home, 4520 Bosque Blvd.

Josh was born on June 18, 1980 in Wilmington, NC to David and Ann (Anderson) Johnson. He married to the love of his life Sandra Arons.

He is survived by his wife, Sandy Johnson of Waco; son, Joshua Dayton Johnson of Waco; daughter, Kylee Alexis Johnson of New Braunfels; parents, David and Ann Johnson of Hewitt; brothers, David Jerel Johnson, Jr. and Devin Grant Johnson; sister, Lela Alexandria Marie Johnson; grandparents, William Ralph and Lela Lolita Johnson, Ron and Martha May Lipsius; In laws, Jim and Tina Allen; and many aunts, uncles cousins and friends.

Josh was a loving husband, father, brother and son. He was quick witted, always full of positive energy and fought a two year battle strongly in which he won.
