OBITUARY

The Lord called one of His faithful saints, Juanita, affectionately known to her family as "Nenie", Chenault of Woodway, to come home Thursday, Oct. 7,2004 at the age of 92.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at OakCrest Funeral Home with her cousin, the Rev. Donald Britton of Tyler officiating. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Sunday at OakCrest Funeral Home, 4520 Bosque.
Juanita was born March 13, 1912 in Maydelle, Cherokee County, Texas to James Madison and Laura Smith Allen. They moved to Waco in 1915.
She married Manson L. Chenault in May of 1935 and they were married for 25 years.
Her parents, husband, sister Dorothye Spicer and sister and brother-in-law Mary and Paul Raborn predeceased her.
She was employed by Southwestern Bell Telephone Co. retiring in 1975 after 47 years service. She was a member of the Telephone Pioneers and was a charter member of Victory Temple Assembly of God where she had taught an adult Sunday School for over 50 years.
She is survived by one niece Sondra Raborn Harper and husband Ray of Bruceville and one nephew, Paul Raborn Jr., and wife Myrna of Robinson; two great Nieces, four great nephews, and many other family members and friends.
The family would like to thank the staff of Royal Manor nursing home and her loving caregiver, Jessie Morris for all of their kind attention.
