"G.G" Old, 84 of Waco passed away Saturday, October 27, 2007 surrounded by her loving family.

Visitation will be Monday, October 28, 2007 from 5-7 pm at Oakcrest Funeral Home.

A private family service will be held later officiated by Rev. Jimmie Johnson, Pastor of First Presbyterian Church of Waco.

G.G. was born March 2, 1923 in Brownwood Texas to Ves and Blanche Hicks. She graduated from Brownwood High, Daniel Baker College and Memorial Hospital Nursing Program as a LVN. She married Levie Old Sr. and was preceded in death by her parents, husband and two brothers.

G.G's greatest joys in life were her 3 grandchildren, traveling with her family and her church.

Left to cherish her memories are daughter Merry and husband Richard Bruner, grandchildren Brooklyn, Britain, and Bricker Bruner, Brother Ves Hicks and family and several nephews and nieces.
