Juanita Taylor

Juanita Linder Taylor, of Waco, passed away Monday, February 4, 2013. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, Feb. 8, in the Oakcrest Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Chris Johnson officiating. Interment will follow in the Moody Cemetery. Visitation will be held 1 hour before service time.

Juanita was born April 23, 1918 in Salado, TX to Oma Dickenson and Edgar Linder. She married Weldon Taylor on March 31, 1961 and he preceded her in death in January, 1993. She was a long time member of Memorial Baptist Church in Temple. Her greatest joy was her yard and flowers. She spent many hours in her show place yard. Her children and grandchildren were also very special to her. They all loved spending time with Juanita.

She was also preceded in death by her parents, son, Bobby Graham, and brother, R. B. Linder.

Survivors include her daughter, Mary Beth Graham McKamie and husband, Bobby of Waco; sister, Edith Cervanka, and husband, Jim of Temple; sister-in-law, Bobbie Linder of Homer, LA; 5 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren and 6 great-great grandchildren.

Her grandsons will serve as pallbearers.

The family wishes to express a very special thanks to the staff of Lake Shore Village Nursing Care and Bluebonnet Hospice.

Memorials may be made to Chalk Bluff Baptist Church of Waco, with designations to the children or youth fund.
