Junnie Lee Crawford, 73, of Waco, passed away Tuesday, November 16, 2010 in Temple. Services will be 1 p.m. Thursday, November 18, 2010 at OakCrest Funeral Home with Rev. Jim Gray officiating. Burial will follow at Waco Memorial Park. Visitation will be 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Wednesday at OakCrest Funeral Home, 4520 Bosque Blvd.
Junnie was born June 3, 1937 in Zavala to Eli Rhodes and Minnie Hooks Rhodes. She moved to Waco in 1963 along with her husband, James. She was employed for over 10 years as the secretary to F. M. Young of Young Bros. Construction. She enjoyed fishing, shopping, gardening and watching her great grandson play sports.
She was preceded in death by her parents, and her husband.
Junnie is survived by her daughter, Paula Johnson of Moody; grandchildren, Shawnette Petty, Chris Eads, and Eddie Johnson; great grandchildren, Cooper Petty, Nadaly Petty and Christa Eads.
