Karen Ann McFarlin Hybl, 64, of Robinson, formerly of Hamilton, passed away Sunday, October 21, 2012 in a Waco Nursing Home. Graveside services will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, October 27, 2012 at Oakwood Cemetery in Hamilton.
Karen was born August 11, 1948 in Ft. Sheridan, Illinois to William R. “Bill” and Marjorie Dawn Robbins McFarlin. Karen spent most of her childhood in Chicago, moving to Arizona and then to Hamilton. She worked for the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office for several years before her retirement.
She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Billy McFarlin; and sister, Willa Jean Streible.
Karen is survived by her son, James Hybl of Hamilton; step mother, Virginia McFarlin of Hamilton; four brothers, Robert and Ray Allen both of Hamilton, Gene and his wife, Denise of Robinson and Mike of Jonesboro; sister, Phyllis and her husband, Melvin Seider of Goldthwaite; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Memorials may be made to Littleville Baptist Church in Hamilton, TX in Karens Memory.
