Karen Irene Lewis, 61, passed away Saturday, August 2, 2014 after a brief courageous battle with cancer. A memorial service will be 1 p.m., Tuesday, August 5, 2014 with Dr. Kenneth Young officiating at OakCrest Funeral Home, 4520 Bosque Blvd.
Karen Irene Lewis was born November 6, 1952, in Abington, PA to Joseph and Yvonne King. She enjoyed crafting and being with her grandchildren, especially giving them “num nums” before they went home.
She was preceded in death by her parents, and brother, Joe King.
She is survived by her sons, Brian Lewis and wife, Renee’, Joshua Lewis, and Joseph Lewis; nephew, Kevin King and wife, Amy; grandchildren, Shelby, Dustin, Danyca, Alexander, and Zoey; also surviving her were her 3 brothers and special friends, Charles and Larnell Relyea and their children Christoper and Jeffrey and their wives and children.
The family would like to express a special Thank You to Providence Hospice and Crestview Manor.
