Kay Gatlin
Nevelyn Kay Gatlin, 57 of Waco passed away on Monday, August 21, 2006 at a local hospital. Graveside services will be 10 am Wednesday at Waco Memorial Park with Joe Gatlin officiating. Visitation will be from 5 – 7 pm on Tuesday at OakCrest Funeral Home, 4520 Bosque Blvd.
Kay graduated from Richfield High School in Waco, then from MCC Nursing Program. She worked as a surgical nurse at Providence Hospital here in Waco and Presbyterian Hospital in Dallas.
Preceded in death by mother, Vondane Hunt, Son, Bryan Gatlin and Father-in-law, Weldon Gatlin.
She is survived by husband of 38 years Bob Gatlin; sons, Chris and Kyle Gatlin and daughter Stacy Gatlin all of Waco; sister, Jill Davis and husband Greg and three sons of Justin; brother, Bruce Ford of Dallas; mother-in-law, Allene Gatlin of Waco; brother-in-law, Joe Gatlin and wife Nancy and their two daughters.
The Family request that in lieu of flowers to please make memorials to the charity of your choice.
