Larry Don Baker
August 14, 1951 to July 8, 2007

Larry Don Baker, 55, of Riesel, passed away Sunday, July 8.

Services will be at 3 p.m. Wednesday, July 11, at Rosemound Cemetery with the Rev. Frank Brown officiating. Visitation will be from 6 ? 8 p.m. Tuesday at OakCrest Funeral Home. A memorial video of his life will be shown during the visitation.

Larry Don was born in Palestine to Opal and Bonnie (Young) Baker. He operated L.D. Baker Painting and Drywall Co. He was married in 1993 to Georgia Hicks. He was an ordained minister who had a heart of gold and was loved by everyone. He would graciously help anyone at anytime.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a daughter, Donnell Adeline Baker.

He leaves his wife, Georgia Baker; sons, David Johnson, Danny Johnson and wife Vicki, Justin Davis, Clayton Davis and wife Jennifer, Tiny Davis, and Larry Douglas Baker and wife Susan and their children, Larry Douglas Jr., Ann Marie, and Bonnie Josephine, Larry Baker Jr. and Christopher Baker; daughters, Lulu Davis, Audrey Davis, Shiela Harris and husband Matt; two brothers, Dan Baker and Randy Baker; sisters, Marie Newton, Janice McCune, Frances Jacobs and Joyce Parks, and many other relatives and beloved friends.

Pallbearers will be Danny Johnson, Jacob Graham, Harry Graham Jr., Tim Davis, Sam Benoit, Ray Nelson, and Freddie Banuelos.
