Leann Olsen

Leann Marie Olsen, 59, of Waco passed away Saturday, December 30, 2017. A memorial service to honor her life will be held Wednesday, January 3 at 11 am at Grace Temple Baptist Church, 3825 Bosque Blvd. with Dr. Craig Klempnauer officiating.

Leann was born April 3, 1958 in Waco to Edward and Marie Benda. She was a Reicher High School graduate and earned her Associates degree from McLennan Community College. Leann worked at Career Girl, Waco Construction and Aramark. On November 28, 1987 she married Richard Olsen. They were married 17 years until his passing.

Leann enjoyed spending time and playing games with her friends. She also enjoyed the activities of her niece and nephew and she especially loved attending softball games. Leann will be deeply missed.
She is preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Richard.

Leann is survived by her sister, Pat Casper; her niece, Kerry Glidewell; her nephew, Joe Casper; and her dear friends, Keith Davis and Marie Davis.
