Leonard (Jay) A. Wright, 100, died Friday in Waco. Graveside services will be conducted at 10 am Wednesday at the Concord Cemetery near Marquez, Texas.
He was a former resident of Porter, Texas. His wife Lucille Lilley Wright preceded him in death. He was a resident of Porter for 22 years and also a member of the Kingwood Church of Christ.
Jay was born in Cleveland, Texas to Jay and Luna Wright January 25, 1908.
Jay is survived by: Jasper Barrett of Waco, nephew Jay Wright of Houston and niece Julianne Johnston of Carthage.
