Lila Chambers
Lila Pauling Chambers, 95, of Waco passed away Saturday.
Graveside services will be 10 a.m. Tuesday at Rosemound Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday 6 to 8 p.m. at OakCrest Funeral Home. Pastor Sonny Bever will be officiating.
Lila was born in Gatesville, was a longtime Waco resident and owned several businessʼs in Waco including Mickeyʼs Drive In. She was a certified beautician and enjoyed flower arranging, raising dogs and fishing.
She was preceded in death by her son Rhea Pauling, a local brick mason.
Mrs. Chambers is survived by grandchildren Michael Pauling of Rockport , Lisa Savage of Austin; Vicki Morgan and Jeffrey Pauling; daughter -in-law Jeri Pauling all of Bruceville; five great grandsons, one great granddaughter and several nieces and nephews.
