Lilly Martinez Olivarez, 80, of Waco, passed away Saturday, March 23, 2013 at her home, surrounded by her loving family. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10 am Tuesday at St. Francis Catholic Church. Burial will follow in Waco Memorial Park. Rosary will be recited at 6 p.m. Monday at OakCrest Funeral Home, 4520 Bosque Boulevard.

Lilly was born April 29, 1932 in Live Oak County. Her parents were the late Amado and Cruz (De La Santos) Martinez. Lilly was a loving and noble wife, mother and grandmother, known for her loyalty and gentleness. She dedicated her life to her family and raising her children and grandchildren and was a marvelous cook. Lilly will be remembered as a noble, lovely person who always put her family first.

She was preceded in death by her parents; son, David Olivarez; and son-in-law, Mike Dominguez.

She is survived by her husband of 61 years, Pablo Olivarez; children, Mario Olivarez and wife Maria, Susie Dominguez, Angie Garcia and husband Martin, Christina Ybarra and husband Mike, Delia Davilla and husband Marshall, Pablo Olivarez, Jr. and wife Joyce, Olga Garcia and husband Norris, Erasmo Olivarez and wife Cecela, Robert Olivarez and wife Lisa, Diane Huerta and husband Manuel, and Rubine Olivarez and wife Marcela. She is also survived by 43 grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren, nieces and nephews, and other loving family members.

Pallbearers will be Marcus Davilla, Toby Dominguez, Michael Dominguez, Armando Martinez, Edward Ramirez, Chris Ybarra, Adam Davilla, Brandon Olivarez and Robert Olivarez.

The family especially thanks Dr. Floyd Watson and Tracie Williams for the outstanding care given to our mother.
