Linda Hesbrook Maciel, 59, passed away, Saturday January 14, 2017, surrounded by her loving family

Funeral services will be 1:00 pm Friday, January 20, 2017, with Pastor Rudy Rodriguez, officiating at OakCrest Funeral Home. Visitation will be 6:00 to 8:00 pm with Prayer Service at 7:00 pm Thursday, January 19 at OakCrest Funeral Home.

Mrs. Maciel was born March 14, 1957 to Leonard and Alberta (Garcia) Hesbrook, in Bellmead, Texas. She graduated from La Vega High School. She met the love of her life, Jesse Maciel, and they were married for 35 years. Linda was a wonderful daughter, wife, mother and grandmother. She enjoyed having family and friends over to her home.

She was preceded in death by her parents and sister Rene Hesbrook.

She is survived by her husband Jesse; daughters, Crystal Maciel, Maria Maciel, Sylvia Sheffer and husband Roy, Carol Zapata and husband Ubaldo III; sons, Jesse Maciel, Jr. and Cristina Espinoza, and Andres Maciel; 10 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren; sisters; Mary Taylor and husband Tommy and Nora Hesbrook; brothers, Danny Hesbrook and wife Dorothy, Frank Hesbrook and Ernest Hesbrook, and many nieces and nephews.
