Lisa Cofsky

Lisa L. Cofsky, 50, of China Spring, passed away Sunday, Sept. 25, 2016 after courageously fighting a rare cancer for 9 years. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, Sept. 29 at 10 a.m. at St. Louis Catholic Church, 2001 N. 25th St. Burial will follow at Oakwood Cemetery.

Lisa was born July 28, 1966 in Neillsville, Wisconsin to Shirley (Volk) and Roy A. Pipkorn. Lisa enjoyed collecting Peanuts and Charlie Brown memorabilia, she was an avid New York Yankees fan, and she also enjoyed watching the Walking Dead television program.

She was preceded in death by her father, Roy, this past June, as well as an infant brother many years ago.
Lisa leaves behind to cherish her memory her daughter, Amanda; mother, Shirley Pipkorn of China Spring; brother, Robin Pipkorn; and nieces, Brittany and Tonya.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Fuzzy Friends Rescue or to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.

Pallbearers will be Brandon Finley, Kenneth Westerfeld, Kris Cowan, Larry Dean, Jon Hurst, and Jim Knight.
