Lonnie Gene Bready, 58, of McGregor passed away Friday, April 20, 2007 at his residence.
Memorial service will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday, April 25, at OakCrest Funeral Home, 4520 Bosque. A memorial video honoring his life will be shown during the service.
Lonnie was born on April 15, 1949 in Blytheville, Arkansas, the son of Alvy and Christina (Luscombe) Bready, and was a clerk in the automobile industry.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and his brother, Eddie Bready.
He is survived by his son, Kevin Stuart Bready of Waxahachie; sister, Janet Sims and husband Bill of Sherman; step-father, Doyle W. Sloan of Sherman; grandchildren, Cameron Bready and Kendall Bready, both of Waco; and several nieces and nephews.
