Louise Norman

Louise Norman, 94 of Waco died Saturday September 6, 2003 at a local care center. Services will be 2:00 P.M. Monday at the OakCrest Funeral Home Chapel with Ernie Christie officiating. Burial will be in the Waco Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be From 7:00 to 9:00 P.M. Sunday at the OakCrest Funeral Home Chapel, 4520 Bosque Blvd. The funeral home will be open from 1:00 to 9:00 P.M. on Sunday.
Louise was born on July 29, 1909 in Mississippi to John Luther and Esther Odella (Billingsley) Waters. She was united in marriage to Albert Wilford Norman on June 3, 1927. He preceded her in death in 1987. She was a member of the Lake Shore Church of Christ and was a long time Christian example. Louise was an excellent seamstress, great cook, Loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and friend.
She is survived by her sons, Richard Norman and wife Jo of Seymour and John Norman and wife Evelyn of Dallas; daughter, Pat Combs and husband Mike of Waco; 12 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, 2 sisters and 1 sister-in-law.
Pallbearers will be her grandchildren, Eddy and Jonathan Combs, Tim, John, Jim and Joe Norman.
Memorials to the Youth Ministries at the Lakeshore Church of Christ and the New Road Church of Christ.
