Margaret Bukowski

Margaret Ann Bukowski, 69 of Waco passed away peacefully at her residence surrounded by her loved ones on Saturday, November 12, 2005.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Tuesday at St. Mary's Catholic Church of the Assumption, 1401 Washington, with Father Angelo Bertini as celebrant. Burial will follow at Waco Memorial Park. Visitation will begin at 6 pm Monday followed by reciting the rosary at 7 pm at the OakCrest Funeral Home, 4520 Bosque. A memorial video honoring her life will be shown during the visitation.

Margaret was born December 22, 1935 in Madisonville to R.W. and Lavada (Parker) Weatherford.

She married Marvin C. Bukowski in Bryan on November 1, 1952. She was preceded in death by her parents and a grandson, Paul D. Bukowski.

Margaret was an active parishioner of St. Mary's Catholic Church, adn was involved in the Women's Guild, Ladies of Charity, Caritas Volunteer, Parish Council, Diocesan Council of Catholic Women.

She is survived by her husband, Marvin; a daughter, Pat and husband, Dr. Jerry Darsey of Little Rock, AR; three sons, Paul M. and wife, Jill Bukowski of Hewitt; Phil and wife, Terri Bukowski of Crawford, and Perry and wife, Debbie Bukowski of Southlake; grandchildren, Lacey Hunter and husband, Kris, Brooke, Logan and Bo Bukowski of Hewitt; Brittany, Joseph and Mary Catherine Darsey of Little Rock; Paige, Phalan and Pate Bukowski of Crawford, Reid and Avery Bukowski of Southlake, and great granddaughter JaiceyBelle Hunter; and three brothers, Orlan Weatherford and wife, MaryDell of Bryan, Ronald Weatherford and wife, Lynette of Bryan and Jimmy Weatherford of Cuero.

Donations may be made in her memory to St. Mary's Catholic Church, Waco, or Caritas of Waco.
