Maria Hortencia Ramirez Cubos de Rodriguez, 60, passed away Saturday April 19, 2014 in Waco Texas. Hortencia is survived by her husband Roberto Rodriguez, her son Roberto Rodriguez Ramirez, her Mother Carmen Cubos and her siblings, Maria Flavia Martinez, Martha Abraham, Jose Ramirez, Anita Berlanga, Jesus A. Ramirez, Pedro Ramirez, Eduardo Ramirez, Eleazar Ramirez, Adrian Ramirez, Carmen Magdalena Perez, Carmen Norma Escamilla, Patricia Quintanilla, Cuauhtemoc R. Cubos, and in-laws, Nieces and Nephews. Hortencia is preceded in death by Her Father Jose Pedro Ramirez, her siblings Juan Ramirez Cubos, Socorro Ramirez Cubos. Hortencia's interests included family, gardening, sewing. She was a loving wife and mother who devoted much of her time and energy to her family and family members and loved live to its fullest.
Services will be 10 a.m. Tuesday, April 22, 2014 at OakCrest Funeral Home .Burial will follow at Oakwood Cemetery. Maria Hortencia will lie in state Monday from 10 to 5 pm at OakCrest Funeral Home.
