Marvin Cash

Marvin “Randy” Cash went to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Saturday, November 17, 2012. He is survived by his wife Sylvia his sons Jonathan and Irvin his daughters Alice and Priscilla and two granddaughters Kaylie and McKenzy. Visitation will be from 5pm-7pm on Sunday, November 18,2012 at OakCrest Funeral Home and funeral services will be at 10 am Monday, November 19,2012.

Randy and Sylvia were married on March 6, 1993. Randy enjoyed playing his guitar, cooking, fishing, and loved the mountains of the Carolinas. Every morning he would wake up drink his coffee and read his bible. He always made sure his family always had everything they ever needed or wanted.

Randy always made sure that everyone was always taken care of before he took care of himself. He always put others before him. Never asked for special attention or treatment. He brought together two different families from two different countries and lifestyles and made them into ONE. He never wanted anybody and especially HIS two sons to feel apart or any different from anyone else.

Randy was always very strong in his belief in Jesus Christ and always knew there was something better for him beyond this life. He only lived for two reasons: GOD first family second. Randy’s greatest joy in life was the birth of his two granddaughters Kaylie and McKenzy.

Randy’s only request that his family and friends stayed focused on GOD first and foremost and that his family always lifted one and another up no matter what.
