Our beloved Mary Ellen Nix Bullock went to be with her Lord Jesus on August 1, 2022, with her loving and devoted sister, Lela Belle at her side.
Ellen was a drum majorette and football sweetheart at Moody High and later attended Four Square College. Ellen was married to the late David Bullock for 67 years and is survived by her 2 children, Dana and David and 7 grandchildren. Ellen loved her Lord Jesus and her church, First Woodway Baptist. She comforted many with her card ministry. Ellen enjoyed volunteer work, being a DAR, Daughter of the American Revolution and DRT, Daughter of the Republic of Texas. With her bright smile, infectious laughter and light, Ellen will be sorely missed.
