Mary Rodriquez

Mary Isabel Rodriquez, 60 was born in Waco, Texas. She had been residing in Houston, Tx the years leading up to the day of her passing. Miss Most Beautiful Universe, as she liked to be called went to be with her Lord Wednesday, January 29th 2020. As her Lord came to get her and take her home she was surrounded by family & friends expressing words of love for her to hear. Miss Most Beautiful Universe was born to the late Robert & Beatrice Anaya on March 20th 1959. Miss Most Beautiful Universe will always be remembered by her family and friends as kind, giving, loving, playful, and strong Christian woman. Her departure truly leaves a void that cannot be filled. She was a Daughter, Sister, Aunt, Mom, Grandma, Friend, and Friend you didn’t know you had.

Miss Most Beautiful Universe is survived by her sister and brother in-law Rosie and Dale Ozuna from Fort Worth. Her son and daughter in-law Ricardo and Tiffany Rodriquez from Pensacola, Florida. Her daughter and son in-law Andreia and Richard Wacker. Her son and daughter in-law Eric and Suzie Rodriquez of Amarillo, Texas. She has 9 grandchildren, 2 nephews, cousins, great nieces and nephews.

Miss Most Beautiful Universe was preceded in death by her parents and brother Robert “Bobby” Anaya.
The family will receive friends and family at Oakcrest Funeral home for visitation on Friday January 31st, 2020 from 6:00pm - 8:00pm. Graveside services will be held at Oakwood Cemetery in Waco, Texas on Saturday February 1st at 10:00am.

The family has asked that in lieu of sending flowers, please donate in her memory by sending a blanket or clothing item to her nursing home,
