Megan Nicole Dixon, 24, of Robinson, passed away Thursday, July 24, 2014. Funeral Services will be 1 p.m., Saturday, July 26, 2014, with Pastor Jim Daniels officiating at OakCrest Funeral Home, 4520 Bosque Blvd. Visitation will be begin at 12 noon, prior to the service. Burial will follow at Robinson Cemetery.
Megan was born on February 23, 1990 in Waco, TX to Mike and Sherry Dixon of Robinson, TX. She was a graduate of Robinson High School, class of 2008. Megan was a lifelong member of Cornerstone Baptist Church. She had a smile and laugh that could light up a room. Megan loved her friends and family, and looked forward to any opportunity to spend time with those she loved. She was a sensitive soul who loved with all that was in her, often loving even those whom no one else loved, especially animals.
Megan was preceded in death by grandparents Jerry and Alice Dixon, Sam Erlanson, and Gene Burnham.
Megan is survived by her mother and father, Mike and Sherry Dixon of Robinson, TX; sister, Lori Dixon Schigut and husband Lee of Salado, TX; brother, Brandon Frenzel and wife Alison of Hewitt, TX; nephews, Drake Howe, Dylan Schigut, and Asher Frenzel; nieces, Danielle Howe and Ava Frenzel; grandmothers, Sue Burnham and Jean Dixon; and a host of aunts, uncles and cousins.
