Michael Fletcher, 30, of Waco, passed away Friday, Nov. 9, 2012. Service will be held 1 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 14, 2012 at OakCrest Funeral Home, 4520 Bosque Blvd. Visitation will be 6 p.m. – 8 p.m., Tuesday, Nov. 13, 2012, also at OakCrest Funeral Home.
Michael was born and raised in Waco. He was a member of the Waco High School class of 2000, a member of Richfield Christian Church and an avid supporter of the Texas Nationalist Movement.
In his teen years, he was a member of the TX Amateur Athletics Foundation. His team won the State Championship in roller hockey. Michael enjoyed off-roading, playing guitar and watching football. He was a big fan of the Cowboys, Rangers, and Aggies. He always looked forward to camping and tubing trips with his beloved “RFT Rowdies” family.
He is preceded in death by his grandfather, Junius Farrar of Waco; grandparents, Lawrence and Annie Fletcher of Waco; and brother Keith Fletcher of Waco.
He was survived by his parents, Danny and Kaye Fletcher of Waco; daughter, Chloe Williams and her mother Whitney of Waco; fiancé, Jennifer Currier and her children Alek and Belle Currier of Mart; grandmother, Marie Farrar of Waco; aunt, Ginger Hammitt of Waco; aunts and uncles, Barbara and Larry Fletcher of Robinson, Seawillow and Danny Farrar of Hewitt, Sophie and Randy Farrar of Corpus Christi, and many cousins and “Adopted Brothers.”
Pallbearers will be Jed Guthrie, Bob Evans, Robert Fletcher, Patrick Farrar, Ricky Soukup, and Chavelo Jimenez.
Honorary Pallbearers are all his RFT Rowdie Family.
