Mildred Bennett, 92, of Waco passed away Saturday, March 3, 2012 at her residence. Services will be 11 a.m. Monday at Waco Memorial Park Mausoleum Chapel with Rev. Stephen Ramsdell officiating. There will be no visitation.

Mildred was born January 6, 1920 in Big Spring, Tex., to Roy and Iris (Jones) Holcombe. She was married to Hiram Elliott Bennett, and they moved to Waco in 1946. They were both members of First United Methodist Church of Waco.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Hiram Elliott Bennett; her sister, Ava Clements; and son-in-law, Cappy Crow.

Mildred is survived by her beloved daughter, Pamela Bennett Crow of Waco; grandson Bennett Warren Crow and wife Kenna of Waco; great-granddaughter, Pearson Davis Crow, and great-grandson, James Elliott (Eli) Crow, both of Waco; several nieces and nephews; and her Schnauzer, Andy.
