Mildred Cornwell Warrick

Mildred Warrick, 85, of Waco, passed away, Friday, April 16, 2010 at her residence. Graveside services will be 2 p.m. Tuesday, April 20, at Waco Memorial Park with the Rev. Chris Johnson officiating.
Visitation will be 6 p.m. - 8 p.m. Monday at OakCrest Funeral Home, 3520 Bosque Blvd.
Mildred Cornwell Warrick was born April 28, 1924 in Dallas. She was the daughter of the late Joseph and Carrie Ogles. Mildred was raised in Waco and later moved to Beaumont where she lived for many years before deciding to move to Bandera, Texas where she enjoyed raising her goats.
She retired from Sears Department Store and began keeping herself busy by traveling and with her many hobbies. She had the opportunity to travel the world. There was nothing that Mildred could not do. Her hobbies included wood working, oil painting, sewing, golfing, and being a part of the garden club.
She is survived by her son, James Hunt and wife, Christa of Waco; daughter, Kathy Delson and husband, Don of California; grandchildren, Norbert and Jeannie Schmidt of Elm Mott, David Hunt of Waco, Judy Hunt Nath and Chris Nath of Mansfield; brother, Jerry Ogles and wife, Dorothy of New York; eight great-grandchildren; and nephews, David Ogles and wife, Wendy of Waco, and Les Ogles and wife, Cheryl of New York.
