Nancy Carol Pierce 67 of Gatesville passed away Wednesday May 21, 2014 in Waco. Services will be held Tuesday May 27, at 3:00 PM in St. Martin’s Episcopal Church in Copperas Cove, Tx., at 1602 S. FM 116 with Dr. Richard Barrett officiating.
Nancy was born September 18, 1946 in Providence, Maine to William and Frances Berube Ezzell. In 2008 , she married Jewel Pierce. For many years she worked at the Levi Straus plant in El Paso. She recently worked as prison guard in Gatesville. She loved to sew.
Nancy was preceded in death by her parents, and daughters: Susan Denise Frost and Teri Lynn Day.
Nancy is survived by her husband: Jewel of Gatesville, son: James Keay and wife Cori of Copperas Cove, step-daughter: Rebecca Pierce, step-son: Jewel Pierce Jr. and wife Mary of Giddings, nine grandchildren and six great grandchildren
