OBITUARY

Neta Clendennen, 73 of Waco, passed away at a local health care center Thursday, September 22, 2005.
Services will be at 10 am Monday at the OakCrest Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Duane Hoxworth officiating.
Burial to follow at Chapel Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 pm on Sunday at OakCrest Funeral Home, 4520 Bosque Blvd.
Neta was born July 25, 1932 in Arp, Texas to Sam and Bernice (Stone) Blankenship.
She married Robert Clendennen on June 4, 1949. She was a homemaker, and a member of Praise Temple in Waco.
Neta was a loving wife, mother and Nonny. Her faith, family and fishing got her through many a difficult struggle in life.
She fought the good fight, now she has finished the race, and through it all, she kept the faith.
She was preceded in death by her beloved parents.
She is survived by her husband and best friend, Robert of Waco; daughter, Judy Heath and husband, Jim of Dallas; sons, Michael Clendennen of Houston, Dave Clendennen and wife, Sue of Waco and Terry
