Lizzie A. Ashcraft (nee Kamman). She graduated from Lorena High School in
1953. Norma married Stanley Louis Jahn on June 2, 1953. They were able to
share 57 years together, before Stanley passed on March 28, 2011.
Born in Hewitt, Texas, Norma and her family moved to several locations in Texas

Lorena. She started playing piano in third grade and in her teen years played
piano every Sunday at her father’s Nazarene church, where he was the pastor.
Norma was a homemaker and raised three children who all became engineers.
She enjoyed playing many card games (with bridge being her favorite) and playing
piano. Another joy she had was cooking Sunday dinners for family & friends. She
also had an extended family of cats - all the cats in Norma’s neighborhood knew
she would be there if they needed food or a safe place to stay.

granddaughter, Casey Villers; grandson, Matthew Jahn, and wife Tammara;
