Oswald Spacca

Ozzie Spacca, 59, of Waco passed away Thursday, April 1, 2004 at a local hospital. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 2 pm Saturday at St. Louis Catholic Church with Msgr. Mark Deering as the celebrant. Burial will follow in Oakwood Cemetery.

The rosary will be recited at 7 pm Friday at OakCrest Funeral Home, 4520 Bosque Blvd., with visitation to follow.

Oswald "Ozzie" Spacca was born December 16, 1944 in Sao-Paulo, Brazil to Fortunato and Antonietta (Jorge) Spacca. He married Rose Cabibbo on June 24, 1969 in Brazil.

He operated an air conditioning service in Waco, and was a member of St. Louis Catholic Church.

He is survived by his wife Rose; sons, Andrew Spacca, Anderson Spacca and wife, Judie, all of Waco, and Alex Spacca and wife, Glaucia of Brazil; mother, Antonietta Spacca and brother, Flavio Spacca of Brazil; and three grandchildren, Sydney, Gustavo and Brandon Spacca.

Ozzie was a loving husband, father, grandfather and friend.
