OBITUARY

Otis E. Boss Sr., 77, of Waco, our earthly father, went home to be with the Lord and his parents, Leila Hutchinson Boss and Alex Boss Sr., and his son, Brent Alden Boss, on Tuesday, April 19, 2005. Services will be 10 am Friday at OakCrest Funeral Home with James Adams officiating. Funeral services will follow at 2 pm on Sunday at Banks Funeral Home in Sylvester, Ga.
He was born on May 20, 1927 in Pouland, GA. to Alex and Lelia Boss. Our father, a good-hearted man, served proudly in World War II and 21 years in the Navy. He will be missed by all.
Otis is survived by his wife of 59 years, our mother, Lonia Gunn Boss of Waco, Texas, two sons; Otis E. Boss Jr. and wife Joyce of Carrolton, Texas, Russ Boss and wife Janet of Springhill, La., two daughters; Lonia Boss Walter and husband Daryl of Katy, Texas and Janie Boss Gimnich and husband Johnnie of Waco, Texas. Our father was the proud grandfather of Alisa, April and John Gimnich, Shawna, Tara, Colt, Robin, Daniel Boss and Donovan and Tiffany Walter. He was also blessed with 9 great grandchildren.
