Pablo Villa, 69 of Waco passed away on Saturday, May 28, 2005 at a local care center.
A procession will leave OakCrest Funeral Home at 9:30 am Tuesday to St. Francis Catholic Church for a 10:00 am Mass of Christian Burial. Burial will follow at Oakwood Cemetery. Rosary will be recited at 7:00 pm Monday. Viewing will start at 3:00 pm on Sunday.
He was born on February 15, 1936 in Franklin to Margarito and Antonia (Gonzales) Villa. Preceded in death by his parents, three sisters, two brothers and three grandchildren.
Pablo was survived by his wife, Francis G. Villa of Hillsboro; Daughters, Pauline V. Garibay of Waco, Juanita V. Campbell of Fort Worth, Mary V. Coronado of Dallas and Santos V. Ochoa of Dallas; sons, Frank Villa of Fort Worth, Mike Villa of Dallas and Ray Villa of Austin; step-daughters, Janie Curiel of Fort Worth, Frances Estrada of Hillsboro, Virginia Bartley of Hillsboro, Rita Garcia of Reno, Navada, Dora Avern of Cleburne and Oriala Mase of Itasca; step-sons, George Curiel of Everman, Fred Garcia of Waco, Ruben Garcia of Rio Vista and Jesse Garcia of Hillsboro; thirteen grandchildren and twenty-one great-grandchildren; and numerous step-grandchildren and great-grandchildren; sister, Fran Asher of Wichita ,Ks; brothers, Bobby Villa of Alabama, Ray Villa of Groesbeck and Valentine Villa of Temple.
Pallbearers will be Fred Garcia, Anthony Villa, Gaston Sosoa, Joe Lopez, Jim Barrientos and Patrick Barrientos.
