Pat Surovik, 56, of Waco, died April 4, 2008 in Las Vegas, NV.
Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Monday, April 14, 2008 at OakCrest Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation with Pat's family will be Sunday, April 13, 2008 at OakCrest Funeral Home from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Pat was born March 18, 1952 in Rosebud, Texas to Benford Louis Surovik and Lucille Griggs Surovik.
Pat loved the outdoors and especially the mountains in Colorado.
Pat is preceded in death by his father.
He is survived by his son, Brian Surovik of Utah; his daughter, Brigette Spears of Arizona; his Mother, Lucille Surovik of Waco; his brother, Michael Surovik of Waco; niece, Stephanie Smith of Wylie; nephews, Michael Surovik, II and Stephen Surovik both of Waco and many cousins and close friends.
In lieu of floral arrangements, the family requests donations be made to the Pat Surovik Memorial Fund at Bank of America. Account #488012824595
