Patsy Jo Williams

Patsy Jo (Fitzgerald) Williams was born in Clifton, Texas on November 20, 1942 to Jimmie Alton Fitzgerald and Hazel Lee Scruggs Fitzgerald. She was welcomed into Heaven on January 24, 2023 by her mother, father, husband, Jim Bob Williams and a host of other family and friends that have gone before her in heaven with Jesus. Visitation will be Thursday, February 2, 2023 from 6-8 P.M.. A chapel service is scheduled for Friday, February 3, 2023 beginning at 10 A.M. at Oakcrest Funeral Home, 4520 Bosque Blvd, Waco, TX 76710. A private graveside service will be held afterward with immediate family.

Patsy was a graduate from Waco High School in 1961. She retired from Payne Webber UBS. She recently enjoyed re-connecting with lifelong Jr. High and High School friends.

Her proudest accomplishments were her children, Cathy Lange Howard and Chris Williams. She was known as a loving grandmother “Momma Pat or Poppa Pat” and survived by her grandchildren, Lauren Howard, Kieran Williams, and great grandchild, MaKenna Howard. She was a beloved mother-in-law to Chris’s wife Wendy Williams. She is also survived by her brother, Charles Fitzgerald, nieces, Eden and Taylor and nephew, Michael.
